Soft Washing v. Pressure Washing

Soft washing and pressure washing are both methods of cleaning the exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties. While soft washing is a low pressure cleaning technique that involves using a combination of water, bleach, algaecides, surfactants to remove organic stains, mildew and algae, pressure washing involves the use of high-pressure water spray to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust and more from residential and commercial properties and concrete surfaces. Our Process

STEP 1: Initial Consultations and Walk-Throughs

When you reach out to The Cleaning King for your project needs, we will schedule a complimentary walk through to access the work that needs to be done. During the walk through, we will evaluate: the surfaces that need to be cleaned and potential obstacles that may be a part of the job.

STEP 2 Get a Quote, Pay Your Deposit, Get Scheduled

After the initial consultation and walk-through, we will send over your quote. Once you pay your deposit, we will get you on our schedule at our earliest convenience.

STEP 3: Complete the Work

On the day we are scheduled to complete the work, we will notify you upon our arrival and departure. Our crew will first prep the site and the equipment and begin the work.

STEP 4: Quality Control Checklists

Once the work is completed, we will complete a quality control check and notify you of the completion of the work.

STEP 5: Customer Feedback

One of the most important parts of our process is the customer feedback survey. We truly value every customer as a part of The Cleaning King family and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our work.

Marcus Turner is an Anniston, AL native. After years of experience as a long-haul conveyer, Marcus decided it was time for a change. Fueled by his love for his family and a deep conviction for his personal core values - loyalty, respect and wisdom - Marcus started The Cleaning King as a way to invest in and build his own family legacy while taking care of the families in his community by providing top tier soft and power washing services. When you meet Marcus, you will be sure to leave his presence with a smile on your face. He brings his infectious sense of humor and fun loving personality to every job and is determined to brighten your day just as much as his services will brighten your property.
